Pepperoni Recipe Ideas - Antipasto Poppers

  • Crescent Roll Dough
  • Hormel Mini Pepperoni (about 2 oz)
  • Salami (about 2 oz)
  • Mozzarella Cheese (Fresh - about 2 ozs, cubed)
  • Kalamata Olives (1/4 Cup)
  • Artichoke Hearts (4 quarters)
  • Roasted Red Pepper (1 half pepper)
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°.
  2. Chop salami, mozzarella, olives, artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers.
  3. Combine the chopped ingredients and the Hormel Mini Pepperoni.
  4. Roll out crescent dough and press perforated edges to seal.
  5. Cut dough into rectangles. You should get 16 from 1 can of crescent roll dough.
  6. Add a small amount of filling to each portion of dough.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and press to seal.
  8. Bake for 9-10 minutes at 425°, or until golden brown.
