Fabulous! Fifteen Minutes with Teresa Giudice

Now, truth be told, I am not the reality TV junkie in our household.  That title belongs firmly planted in the hands of my husband.  Even though, I do occasionally indulge…

I was excited to be invited out to the Balancing Act TV ‘Balance Your Life Road Tour’, but I was completely beside myself when I found out they had also arranged a meet and greet for a small group of us with Teresa Giudice (Jew-DEE-Chay), New York Times Best Selling author, and one of the stars of the Real Housewives of New Jersey and Celebrity Apprentice!

Honestly, I was a little fan-girly

Teresa is a fabulously Italian mama to four beautiful little girls, wife to Joe and a business-woman with big plans.  In addition to her three cookbooks (the fourth is in the works – she has to stay mum about the specifics yet), she created Fabellini (a sparkling wine), has a teeth-whitener (Pearlbrite) and just launched her haircare line, Milania.  As if being a mom doesn’t make her busy enough!

Some of the things we covered with Teresa were how she created with Fabellini, what it was like being on Celebrity Apprentice (including how she handled being away from her girls so much), and we talked about how her family has changed since the taping of the episode that aired Sunday night. (FYI – That episode was filmed about a year ago.)

“I never believed fame could ruin a family, but it has ruined mine.”

We also talked about what makes each of her girls unique, what the best part of being a mother is and how she really feels about her husband, Joe.

Take a few minutes to watch (most) of the interview below to find out about all of this and more.  As you’ll see, Teresa is a very genuine person, very full of love for her family.

Our friend Heather from Cupcrazed (yes, she won Cupcake Wars on TLC) made Teresa a cake.  She got a kick out of it as much as we did… Isn’t she Fabulous?!?
Are you a fan of Real Housewives of New Jersey (or any of the other RH shows?)
